What to expect when doing a session with us:

We are all about giving our clients a very unique experience! We personalize each session just for you. After you pay your session fee, we will email you a portrait session questionnaire which will help us create the perfect session for you and your family, based on your needs. We will then decide on a date, time, and location (within 50 miles of 20657 zipcode), and discuss outfits and colors that would be right for you. The sky is the limit with us! If you can dream it, we will do our best to capture it!

We will then do your session. Cody (our photographer) is wonderful with kids and has been known to play hide and seek and capture some beautiful candid moments with your children peeking between leaves or around a tree trunk. He has even been known to swim out into the water to get a full shot of our families playing on the beach. Some of our most beautiful moments come at the end of the session, when the sun is going down and the families are watching the sunset overlooking the Patuxent River, all snuggled up together.

Approximately 14 days after your session (sometimes longer in our busy months of October and November), we will meet back up with you to do your ordering session, either in your home or at a local coffee shop, to show you your portrait gallery. During this time you will get to see all of your images in a beautiful slideshow set to beautiful vocal music. Invite the whole family to view it with you if you would like! The more the merrier! You will then get to see some of our sample products, such as canvas, wood, or metal prints, and our custom handmade portrait albums we have made in Italy. Our clients typically spend between $800 to $1500 on products with us. To offer the best experience possible, and so our families can choose the products they love, we accept cash, check, credit, and debit cards, and we even offer a payment plan.

With our payment plan, we require 20% down plus shipping and taxes, then we spread out the remainder of the balance over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Once your balance is paid in full, we will deliver your products!

After placing your order with us, we ask our clients to give our labs 2 weeks to produce your products. Sometimes it may take longer, depending on the time of year it is and the type of product you purchase. We do not rush our labs, as we want your product to be perfect! Once your products come in, we will contact you and set-up a time to hand deliver them to you. With all of our clients, we are with them from the time they book with us, all the way to the time the product is delivered. Honestly, even beyond that because our clients love the experience they have with us so much that they return year after year.
