Giveaway Legal Information and Rules:

Must be 18 years of age or older to enter, or if under the age of 18 you have the permission of the parent or guardian. You are also agreeing that you have the permission of the person you are nominating and they are a willing participant if they are the chosen winner. Valid only where legal (State of Maryland). Limit one entry per person. You must follow ALL steps to be entered. Contest runs from the dates listed within the giveaway post until 11:59pm EST. The winner will be chosen by a random name generator. In the event, there is only one person entered, the contest will be null and void with no winners.

The winners will be chosen and announced on our Facebook page so please check back the day after the giveaway ends to see if you're a winner! If you are the winner we will ask you to message us your information. If the winner does not notify us within 24 hours of winner's name being posted, we will then choose a new winner.

The giveaway is for a complimentary one hour outdoor photo session, unlimited outfit and scenery changes as time permits, and whatever else the giveaway post discusses. After the session, we edit all chosen images and then schedule a time for us to meet back up where we can show you your portrait gallery from your session. All people that were in the photo session must be in attendance (except for small children), or if under 18 years of age all parents or legal guardians or decision makers must be at the ordering appointment. If all people that were in the portrait session cannot meet at the same time for the ordering appointment, then separate appointment times for their own ordering sessions can be made. At the ordering appointment, you will be able to choose any complimentary prints that were listed within the post (if applicable) and order more products if you so choose.

The outdoor location must be within a 50-mile radius of California, MD. If you choose a location beyond the 50-mile radius of California, MD, you are agreeing to pay round trip travel fees for the photographer before the scheduled portrait session.

Portrait sessions must be booked and held within 30-60 days after the giveaway. The winners must do their sessions between these time-frames or will forfeit the complimentary session and any complimentary prints. If the winners and/or the person(s) that agree to the portrait session, do not show up to their portrait session at the scheduled date, time, and/or location, then the person(s) responsible for scheduling the portrait session will be billed and invoiced for the regular one hour portrait session price. The sessions may not be transferred to another person.

The complimentary session and any complimentary prints are only for the winners chosen. Facebook is not responsible for this contest. By entering the giveaway, you are agreeing to all of these terms.
