We are your local family owned and operated small business here in Southern Maryland. We operate mainly in St. Mary's County and Calvert County, but we can photograph any where you need us! People looking for a family photographer, High School senior photographer, engagement photographer, maternity photographer, or a wedding photographer, then you have came to the right place! We can photograph any type of session or event! We have even worked with many local businesses to help create their brand image.

After reading through our process, if you have any questions, or you are ready to book, all you have to do is click the contact us button and send us an inquiry! It's that simple!

Meet our photography family:

Cody Waters-- Your photographer and the one that will be doing your ordering appointments with you!

LaTisha Waters-- Your session design consultant and the one that does the scheduling and booking!

Jacob Carter--Your photographer's assistant. He is also in training as a photographer, and you will find him with a camera during your session or event taking candid images for you.

Here is a quick overview of our process and what it is like from start to finish when booking with us: (current pandemic policies are in place so the information below might vary)

❤You contact us via contact form on this page, email, phone call, text message, or through Facebook or Instagram. We discuss your session and go over pricing.

❤I will invoice you through email for the session fee, where you can conveniently and securely make a payment using your debit/credit card.

❤After payment is received your date is considered booked and nobody else can use that time!

❤I will then email you you a portrait session questionnaire which will help us create the perfect session for you!

❤After I get the questionnaire back, I will get back in touch with you and go over the final details.

❤We then do your session on your selected date and time.

❤After your session (approximately 14 days) we will meet back up either in your home or in a local coffee shop, where we will show you your portrait gallery and our samples of our products so you can decide how you want to display your chosen images. 

❤You will either pay that day for the full amount, or you will take advantage of our payment plan that we offer! We require a percentage down of the subtotal and any taxes . Then we break the amount leftover into the months you need (up to 12 months). No products or digital images will be given until they are paid in full. It couldn't be easier! We accept cash, check, or credit card. If you pay by check or credit card, we will not order products until it has cleared our bank.

❤After we order your products, give us 2-6 weeks to get your products in and delivered to you. Depending on your products will depend on how long it takes to get your product in. Each product varies.

Privacy Policy:

Waters Photography LLC collects and maintains information provided by you, the user and the client, which may include your email address and first and last name on our contact us pop-up form. This information is completely voluntary, however by providing this information it will help us better serve your inquiry. We use this collected data as a means to follow-up with each client's inquiry. This website uses Google Analytics to track the usage from users. This information tracks the usage of each visitor but does not collect personal information from you. Basically it helps with website performance, page views, bounce rates, and the number of visitors per each page. This website does accept cookies. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies. Please understand that some content may not function correctly if you refuse cookies. This website does not and cannot access a user's hard drive to collect any information that may be stored on such hard drive. Waters Photography LLC may make changes to our privacy policy from time to time and users should review the policy each time this website is visited. Any changes that are made will go into effect immediately and each prior user and new user will be subject to these new changes. We will never ask you for, nor should you ever give in the contact inquiry form or email, personal information you are not comfortable giving, or any usernames and passwords of any accounts. Please notify us immediately if you are ever asked for this information from us or this website.
